Decentralized control model, centralized reporting

Workspace Enterprise Edition supports both decentralized and centralized control. Country-specific systems can be spread out on physically different servers. The systems communicate with each other by means of Smilehouse's XML-based OpenSyncro™ technology. To the outside, the service is presented as a unity.

Supports clustering

Enterprise edition also supports clustering, in which case every Workspace can be spread out on several servers. The database and application server can also be separated from each other. These features make it possible to build very scalable services.

Scalable and easily expandable unity

New copies of the Workspace software can be added to the system along the way. It is possible to add new country units or services aimed at certain target groups without interrupting the current services. Workspace Enterprise Edition is a scalable, adjustable and extendable unity.
